Digital Download Policy
All products sold by EduSouth are instant digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing your download link. You can also access your download directly from your order confirmation page.
How to Access Your Download
- Complete your purchase at checkout.
- Check your email inbox for your order confirmation — your download link will be included.
- Click the download link to save your e-book to your device.
- If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Supported Formats & Devices
All EduSouth e-books are delivered in PDF format, which is compatible with all devices including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. Most devices have a built-in PDF reader, or you can use a free app such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Refund Policy
Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds once the download link has been accessed. We encourage you to read the product description carefully before purchasing.
Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of your order and we will resolve the issue promptly — either by resending your download link or providing a replacement file.
